Hestia Front page Features section not working

I cannot put links in features widget on the front page, I can’t even add any more widget to the section, and the existing 3 widgets that were default I can access the drop-down box on any of them. Please help I have tried, I tried deactivating every plugin as I don’t know how to put my website on safe mode or debug mode. Help is Highly appreciated.
