    Hi Randall,

    Are you using one of our themes? If so, you can get dedicated support direct at https://herothemes.com/support/

    If you are using a generic theme I can give you a few pointers which may be of assistance. The gallery category is a custom taxonomy so you can use this function to get the terms for a gallery and this function to display term description, the taxonomy name is ht_gallery_category. This can then be used in your page template to display the description as per your screenshot.
