Hero Section: Where/how create?

Dear All,
I am trying to set-up my website without a page builder and am using AstraPro.

I want to set-up a HeroSection on my HOME page.
I already created the page, and defined it to be the “front page”

Where can I select / add the Hero Section?
I found a pattern that looks good (and added it to the page), but it then still displays the title “home” above the box, so I assume this is not the way to do it?
I came across an article that showed HeroSection in Customizer, but in my customiser I could not find it.

Now the LINK above is obviously not my page, but just FYI this is what I look for, ie background image with Text and CTA button
