Hero Plan User | You support is Ridiculous

I am using Hero plan and wrote mail several times for one my issue on page getting error “This form was created on a different website and cannot be published here”

Wrote mail on both email ids: [email protected] and [email protected]

Not getting any responses from last 10 days. This is completely ridiculous that I am using your top plan and not getting any support.
