Hero page change from web to mobile

    I saw someone who had same problem as me that an video for web and an crop image for mobile view. I used the CSS snippet from official site, it doesn’t work, and I use someone’s code change the height to 200px, it doesn’t work for me but him. I was wondering how can I fix this problem?

    What is the code you’re trying to use?

    Did you create the hero header through the Customizer of the theme or with the Cover block?
