Hero image not replaced by featured image

    We’d like to replace the hero image with the featured image for each page OR specify a different hero image for each page with additional css. Please advise. Thanks in advance!

    I understand you’re trying to get the hero image to automatically be replaced by the featured image for a page.

    I tested this in WordPress 5.3.2 with Min theme and the featured image was replacing the Hero image without any issues.

    Are you still unable to get the hero image to change? Here is what I did:

    In the WordPress editor, each page or post has it’s own featured image. In the theme Mins, in the customizer, select the tab Header Media. There is a check box to Use featured image which allows the featured image on the current post or page to override the hero image. Check this box to use the feature.
