Hero Image Not Displaying on Mobile

    I recently created a website for a client using Kadence Pro Theme, and for some reason, his website looks great on a desktop, but the hero background image is not showing up on mobile. And also the background image for the signup sheet is extremely zoomed in and blurry on mobile. When I inspect the page on a desktop and view the console, there are a number of 404 errors that pop up.

    All of my plugins, wordpress edition, and theme are updated.

    Sice you use a commercial theme (Kadence Pro), please go to their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

    Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so we would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    I did, and they couldn’t help me at all. That’s why I came here. They said it was due to hosting, so I contacted my host (Siteground), and they said it was the theme. I’m in a vicious cycle here…

    We Neither have any form of control over your hosting provider in any way, nor over your theme’s developers.

    If the issue is with your theme, your best bet is to resolve this issue with your theme’s developer as recommended above by Vlad.
