Here is mine, for your comments

  • This is my first blog, and so also my first WordPress site. I haven’t done any website design it a few years so I am doing some catch up. I decided to set this site up for my personal views,rants, and experiences. It will also be used to track the progress on a site rebuild, of which this is the start.
    All I have done is make some changes to the CSS, add some graphics and play with index.php. I would apreciate your comments.

  • Well I do not want to rain on your parade but half the header is not rendering (FF in Win 98). Welcome to WordPress.

    Well, I looked at it in FF Win XP and it looks fine DesertWolf.
    Nice colours and layout ??
    If Root says there are problems there probably are, but a great start. I like it ??

    Yes the absolutely positioned menu is positioned absolutely incorrectly. It is riding up over the h1 header.

    OK,
    Fixed the graphic images problem with IE under OSX, (don’t know about under Windows yet).
    Header problems, should be fixed, I know I have the menu riding up on the h1 header, I did that to have the Menu start just a little below the Header text. Though what I had before would eat into the text under some situations. I made some changes to the Menu CSS settings, to help with that problem.

    Fine now in FF. Spot on.
