    @kennypurnomo Please check the Retrieved Data first – is there an error message about the IP address in there? If so, please set this to the IPv6 or IPv4 mentioned in there. This will restore the connection.

    Additionally, some database collations will have problems storing emoticons, so if this is the issue here, please try enabling additional sanitisation (enable Clean retrieved data) to remove emoticons from the review text and author names.

    Once either is set, please use “Clear Cache” to force a refresh of the reviews.
