    Hi,

    I have embedded the youtube video but still it is showing – Here can be the custom HTML or shortcode.
    How I can remove it. I also tried different text but the problem persists.
    Also pop up is not showing after publishing it.

    Thank you for your topic.

    Most presumably you haven’t deleted the custom HTML from the custom content and placed it in a different location. So, that can be the main reason for experiencing this issue.

    If you are using a Cache plugin, please clear all the caches (DB, plugin, browser) and check this case again.

    You can make a DB backup for your safety (you can use Updraft Plus).

    Please, also provide us with the screenshots of the General, Settings, and Limitation Users tabs for further investigation.
