Hemingway them : header image too big; how to change the size

  • Hello,
    I am using wordpress 4.0 and the Hemingway theme version 1.47.
    My compliments to the author.
    By default the header image must have a resolution of 1280×416 pixel.
    416px is too big for me and I would like to reduce the header hight to 200px.
    How can I change this.
