Hemingway & RSS Feed

I’d like to add my dugg stories (via rss) and my most recent del.icio.us bookmarks (via rss) to my blog (hemingway theme). It’s @ https://www.nathanfarrar.com/. I’d like to replace two of the columns at the bottom with those feeds. Any idea how I’d do this? Tips to get me going in the right direction?
