HELPPP! WEBSITE IS GONE?????

I got a new job running someone’s WordPress website and I was having some problems and my daughter told me I needed to update stuff. First I updated some plugins then I clicked update WordPress and then the site went into Maintenance mode for awhile. Then I refreshed and this came up:

I have no idea how to fix this and can’t even log in! Please help ASAP!
