Helpie FAQ causes critical errors on my sites

Hi there!

I really love your product. Unfortunately, at the moment, I’m having an issue with Helpie FAQ that’s causing critical issues on my site. 

I manually deactivated all plugins and tested them one by one, figuring out that Helpie FAQ is causing the issue. I’ve used Query Monitor to identify those PHP issues (see attached file).

I’ve tested it across my sites where I’m using Helpie and the pattern is always the same. If I want to edit e.g. an article, I get a critical error (no entry created in debug.log). If I deactivate Helpie, it works fine.

I’ve already increased memory limit to 600 MB but still, it doesn’t work.

I don’t want to set open_basedir to none in the backend since this could cause further issues. Do you have an idea what I could do here?
