Helpie FAQ Block settings not working

    Hi all,

    I am trying to customize a Helpie block in Gutenberg. But the settings of the block are not being applied. For example disable search, custom title and only show selected categories. Each Helpie block just shows everything.

    Anybody know what might be the reason?

    Hi There,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are aware of this issue and has been added to the bug tracker already. We have other options, like using Shortcode builder (for classic editor), Elementor FAQ widget, using our faq groups, etc.

    Could you please use any of this until we fix it? I would make sure to let you know once that is pushed up.
