    I wanted to personally apologize for any inconvenience caused. I always do my best to resolve issues promptly, but sometimes it can be difficult if my shift has ended.

    Unfortunately, this was the case with your issue. I received your reply when it was already midnight for me and I was off work. By the time I responded to your ticket, it seems you were already off work too.
