Helpful and fast support

  • Support for GeneratePress and GenerateBlocks in my experience (though it may not be that extensive as other peeople’s) has been really fast and helpful.

    You might argue that some issues (in my case custom fonts assigned via the GP child theme’s customizer to headings and paragraph text would show up on the front end only and not in the back end block editor) could have been avoided if the (effective!) fixes offered had been implemented in the theme already.
    But then, you got to admit that things evolve and implications of certain practices only show up later and cause issues that just have to be fixed after the fact…
    That given, it’s highly appreciated that GP’s support just seem to care about their users and clients!

    Hi Tom,

    thanks for responding! As a matter of fact I think I would actually have been surprised if you hadn’t been already working on this once that this Google fonts and GDPR issue has become such a pain in the butt for website owners in the EU.

    So thanks a lot again and keep up the good work!
