HELP YOU HAVE RUINED WORDPRESS

  • YOU redesigned the writing block so poorly … The components overlap overt the writing area … the “BLOCK” system is the worst idea I have ever seen … I’ve been a journalist for 43 years and I have never seen a system destroy a great writing system so completely the way you have with the Gutenberg piece of garbage. PLEASE GET RID OF IT AND GIVE US OUR OLD SYSTEM WHICH WAS FAR BETTER … or better yet, hire computer coders who know something about writing, journalism, blogging and news, not just about writing code and html … the system doesn’t work

    So why would they do this.

    The area where I write is overlapped by the settings blocks … I can only see the top 2 1/2 “blocks” under the new Gutenberg system … I am installing the Disable Gutenberg plugin on all of our news sites … but it disturbs me that WordPress did this without testing it before sending it out there … it’s creating all kinds of confusion among my writers

    Hi @rayhanania – It would be great to diagnose the issue you have, as there may be a solution. If you’re able to share a screenshot, that’d be really helpful.
