HELP! "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."

I have been trying to login to the admin area of my client’s WordPress site but am receiving the “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page” message.

I have no idea why this is happening.

The site was moved from one hosting account to another in GoDaddy a couple of months ago and the database was moved with it as well. Could that have something to do with this?

I have never seen this before so I am not familiar with why this could happen or how to fix it. Any advice is much appreciated!
