Help ! –XML Parsing Error:

  • i Have the fallowing error:
    XML Parsing Error: xml declaration not at start of external entity
    Location: https://kosmin.net/?feed=rss2
    Line Number 2, Column 1:<?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?>
    ^

    What is the file responsable with this error and what can i do for repair this?

  • I have the exact same problem and can find no solution

    there’s white space at the top of either your wp-config.php or one of your plugin files.

    the very top of every PHP file should be 

    <?php

    There should not be line breaks or space above that.

    In fixed all the blank spaces.
    I disabled all plugins.
    The RSS is still broken with the same error.
