Help wrapping WP around eqdkp script

Hello,

I need someone who can help me figure out how to wrap WP around the eqdkp theme (eqdkp.com). I’ve figured out (with some help from the guys on the #wordpress IRC channel) how to wrap it on a page with an iframe but that just doesn’t look really well and has other issues.
