WP 4.4 doesn't load mobile site

does the issue go away if you switch to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Fifteen, twenty Sixteen, etc.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins)

@cuanq: Mobile compatibility is theme-dependent. And you’re using a premium/paid theme – Jupiter – so it’s best to go to the support site where you bought the theme – https://themeforest.net/ – for help with customizations and issues. You paid for support when you bought the theme, so you should contact the people who sold you the theme.
