WordPress Theme Selection Problem

I am starting my WordPress Freelancing. I have gone through WordPress courses. I am very confused about one thing.
All my clients will be people with their simple businesses. This means that they will simply need websites to showcase their business. display portfolios and stuff all like that. I mean to stay that none of my clients would require any sort of complex work for which I would have to go back in code.
So keeping in mind this scenario, I was thinking to buy Premium Theme, which would have a lot of demos. So that I can simply work around them.
But now the problem is I don’t know what sort of Theme I should use or where would I get it. I bought a premium theme for $60 from ThemeForest. But as I was creating my site. I came to know that ThemeForest provided me a Regular License, and as I read I found that regular license means that you could only publish one site. But I thought that by paying $60 I can make as many websites as I want.
So, now where I really want your peps help is just guide me, what is the best theme with a lot of great demos that I can simply buy one time and then create as many websites as I want just using one theme with no licensing issues what so ever.
I might be wrong about some things, kindly do correct me.
