help with wpforms setup on the connector plugin

    I followed the screenshots on the homepage for the osticket connector to connect it to wpforms but unable to create tickets. No entry in plugin logs.

    Please help by informing what config is required on the WPForms plugin. Thanks.

    turns out a cache refresh resolved the issue.

    able to create ticket from wpforms entries.
