Hello, I just installed your plugin and set to track Woocommerce events in Woocommerce options section. The events are not tracked and I get errors from the pixel helper inspector like “Facebook Pixel is not paired with any product catalog” and “Facebook pixel did not load” for AddToCart event, the only event correctly tracked is PageView. Am i missing something?

  • Hi,
    Thanks for choosing IntellyWP products.

Could you please send us more information about how we can reproduce this issue?
We need a web page URL, or more, where we can check the source code to see what is going on and, eventually, some screenshots of your plugin settings or about how you have defined the script.

This is a typically WP order received thank you page where we can check what happens https://yourwebsite.com/checkout/order-received/227/?key=wc_order_57551effa7a05 (where 227 and 57551effa7a05 changes every time you make a new order).

I hope you can understand that, without information, it is very difficult for us to figure out how to reproduce your issue and, eventually, help you to fix it.

Alternatively, if you like the idea, you can send us valid WP credentials filling up this form here https://intellywp.com/report-a-bug/
We will connect to your website to check it out and understand what cause your issue.

    Gab,

Was this question directed to us at Night Shift Apps or to IntellyWP? Either way, I apologize for the delay in getting back to you but I wanted to address your concern none the less.

With regards to the first message: “Facebook Pixel is not paired with any product catalog”
This is related to the fact that the Pixel is sending product data to Facebook; however, you have not loaded products on the Facebook side. This is not required to use either the plugin or Dynamic ads; however, will add to the user experience. We will be releasing a tool to export your WooCommerce plugins to a format Facebook can import soon.

The second message indicates that Pixel code was generated however not triggered. This behavior is by design since the code is in place but isn’t triggered until the user presses a button.

If you have any other questions for us regarding Facebook Pixel and our plugin (or any other for that matter) we would be happy to help.

    Regards,
    Jacob
