Help with Vintage Theme

  • i have a couple of questions being new to WordPress…

    1. How come when i change the color, size or the font itself in the style sheet, the changes don’t display on my page?

    2. How do i change the picture of a header? ( the b & w one that says vintage.

    i tried renaming the new pic with the old name and uploading it. The old one still displays. i’ve also tried uploading it via the WRITE section in Dashboard…that didn’t work either.

    Here is the code, but i don’t know what to change
