Help with tournament brackets

    Guys, please, could you give some support to your customer?

    I’ve had issues with tournament brackets, I’ve submitted tickets, I’ve had little or no support. I still have issues. It’s affecting our deployment.

    Please help.

    Are you talking about Tournaments module of PRO version? We are not allowed to give support to PRO version through WP forums.
    Can you give it a look @rochesterj through our Premium Support please?

    Hi Savvas,

    Thank you – yes, Tournaments module in the PRO version. I kid you not, I’ve made maybe 3 sustained attempts to get support on this issue, but apart from the occasional holding email, nothing.

    Sure, I’d be glad ot look into this for you. I couldn’t find any username as ctrl-alt-elite or any references to graveshampoolleague.co.uk in our support though.

    I sent another support ticket a few hours ago, look for the domain of supportmonkeys in the email address.
