Help with theme for Nepali children nonprofit

I would be so grateful for assistance. I am so in over my head and have been at this for two months, late nights, and I so wish this site to help the kids… My theme is “the garamond,” which is beautiful, but I have changed it to my best ability as requested for this site.

BLOGGING FUNCTIONS
I stripped out the blogging functions and pages, but now realize that we need three blogging pages: “Sponsors Speak,” “Mothers Speak,” and “From Nepal”.

I would like to set these three pages as blogging pages. I will then set the site so that only people who have been approved can post, and then sponsors can post text and photos.

HEADER
I cannot find how to change the font of the header. I did it once a month ago, now need to change it and just can’t find it. I think it was under “title” somewhere??? I played around in CSS with colors hoping to identify it. Couldn’t.

I want to make the font normal, bold, larger…. We will also add a header image once we identify that.

Below is the existing template list, style.css and header.php code. I would appreciate any help whatsoever. Thank you with all my heart (and overwhelm).
