Help with theme and elementor issues

  • I am using the Arowana theme and have bought the pro version from the developers. This theme is coming up with an error message when trying to use Elementor.

    The message says “Sorry the content was not found in your page. You must call “the content” function in the current template in order for Elementor to work”.

    I have contacted the developer who has said that Elementor is supported. He suggested making sure the full width is selected (I have no idea how to do this).

    Any help would be very much appreciated.

    I’m a few months late but I’ve archived all of the replies. The author can’t support you here.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
