Help with text going outside testimonial boxes on small screen sizes

I am wondering why some words are responsive and stay within the container, and others seem to go outside and don’t respond to the screen size when resizing? In particular, I am NOT talking about the regular text, but rather the class “testimonial-header” text.

I wish I could post screen shots so you can see what I mean, but my view is set to 3 columns across with masonry view, although I have tried all the others options and the same thing happens. It seems to be between 500 – 800 width devices.

For example, a long word such as “knowledgable” moves outside of its container even with the padding/margin set and does not break.
