Help with subscription plugin unsubscribe options

Hello,

And I’m desperately trying to figure out how to include some functional unsubscribe options on the unsubscribe page (reinventingtime.com/unsubscribe): “Change your email address,” “Change from weekly to monthly emails,” “Pause subscription for xx days,” “Unsubscribe from all emails.”

I use the MailPoet plugin, and have found a little workaround to sort of have a change from weekly to monthly option, but I’m wondering if there’s anything I can put in the functions.php file or some shortcode, or if there’s a better newsletter plugin I can use that will give me these options.
