How to make my slow site faster?

    good morning all!

    so we got our site tuned a bit and down to a smaller load size, but it can be quick at times and then extremely slow other times…

    anyone know why my site would do this?

    we host our own server with a tested download speed of 17.57mbps & upload speed of 9.70mbps. the server is a brand new PowerEdge from Dell so that is plenty quick.

    any help is very much appreciated!
