Help with slight modification on home page

Hi,

First things first, love love love this incredible theme!

I have a quick question (hopefully) – is there any way to move the three circles on the home page overlap just below the slider? So about 10% of the top of the 3 circles would sit on top of the rotating slider.

Also, I would love to add a text widget to sit on top of the slider as well?

I’m new to this and trying to replicate the main page as shown here
