Help With Sidebar Menu

how is this sidebar menu created?

The posts menu on the sidebar has always been there. I haven’t consciously done anything with it. Specific post topic are clickable, they just don’t take me anywhere.

How have you put those recent posts on the sidebar? Are you using a widget?

It seems that you are not using the default wordpress recent posts widget because there is same link on every post link which is “https://www.sierraimageblog.com/nature%20photography,%20landscapes/” so if you are using custom widget or it is written in sidebar.php then please check for “href” attribute and provide there appropriate value.
