Help with Shortcode in Sidebar

Hi. I am trying to use the newer non-widget version of the T-
I assume we use the plain text widget and insert the shortcode in as plain text.
That’s cool, but I am not so sure how to format the shortcode.
I want to countdown Jan 1, 2020 with the hoth display and omit weeks.

I read doc’s but I am not understanding what format I should use for the shortcode.

Any help is appreciated indeed.
