Help with resolving Undefined index: db_id

    Hi I’m trying to use the instagram for wordpress plugin (v 2.1.6), when trying to add the widget it briefly pops up in the widget area with the following two errors before disappering:

    Notice: Undefined: db_id in /Users/../../wp-content/plugins/instagram-for-wordpress/wpinstagram.php on line 318

    Notice: Undefined index: db_id in /Users/../../wp-content/plugins/instagram-for-wordpress/templates/setupButton.php on line 2

    If I refresh the browser I can now see the widget but when clicking on the button to configure the widget I get a javascript error:

    SyntaxError: unterminated string literal
    customiseTitle8(‘

    My guess is that the latter javascript error is a product of the two php erros, but none the less I would like help with resolving this so that I can use the plugin
