Help with Press75 Debut theme and embedded video

  • So I am trying to get my idea of the ground using WP and the Debut theme from Press75.com looks like a good way to about it. I have installed the theme and made a few changes. But the main point of the theme is to allow each post to have a video embedded within the post. If you look at https://www.cruitme.com/v1 you will see that my “Welcome to cruitme” slidebar on the front page works fine, showing the YouTube video (yes I know its private just now).

    But when clicking on the post I would expect to see the embedded YouTube video at the top of the page instead of just a link to YouTube. Can anyone tell what I am doing wrong here?

  • As this is a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s vendors.

    I can’t find how too. All their instructions point back to WordPress

    We do not support commercial themes as you paid for support when you bought the theme. It is not our place to keep theme vendors in business.
