Help with POI data

  • Hi, I’m not sure if you’re able to help with this but I’m really scratching my head…

    Working on a site that we didn’t build and the codebase is a mess quite frankly. Anyway, it uses MapPress for the depot locator on the page linked to. If you click onto any of the POIs you’ll see they all share the same 0800 tel number. The client wants us to remove this, so I’ve gone into the MapPress settings to find that there is one map there with only one POI, and this isn’t in use anywhere on the site. So basically, I have no clue how this template is pulling in all the POI info from MapPress. It’s all wrapped in .mapp classes etc but i have no clue how it’s being loaded in as there’s seemingly no matching map/POIs in the backend.

    This isn’t a plugin I’ve used before so may be missing something obvious, although from skimming the docs I don’t think I am…

    Using latest version.

    Hi Josh,

    Without ever having seen it, I can’t really explain how the theme uses the plugin. It may be reading the location data from custom fields, then displaying them on a map.
