• I used to have a script called ‘pngbehavior.htc’ while developing my WP theme.

This script forces IE6 to display alphachannel pngs properly, i.e. with perfect transparency.

The script was working great, but now I cannot get it to work anymore. I think it is because I re-named my theme, but I really can’t think what else I can try to fix it!

    The script is described here:
    https://webfx.eae.net/dhtml/pngbehavior/pngbehavior.html

My blog is hosted by Dreamhost and is on
    https://www.vikingprincess.net

At the moment my images are duplicated on two different places:
https://www.vikingprincess.net/imgs and the images folder in my theme directory.

I do not understand where to put this the pngbehavior file, and where to put the blank.gif file that comes with it. I really have tried every combination that seems reasonable. I even tried hardcoding the path for the blank.gif file into pngbehavior.htc.

Please are you able to tell me where I am going wrong?

I know this fix works – it used to before.

    Best
    Jo

    solved by myself!
Do not try to use the star html ie6 hack in front of the img property when using this hack. That appears to stop the script from running {?!)
