Help with Per Post Type Custom Upload Directory Version

    There are basically two ways to go with this. Either set up the configuration screen to show settings for every registered post type, or make a neat ajax interface that loads the settings for the post type selected in a dropdown.

    The first one is inelegant and clumsy. The second one is much preferable. Only thing is, I don’t have a weekend to spend putting together a new ajax interface.

    Is that something you want to delve into?

    Do you have any idea when this might be added? I love the plugin (thank you!), but this is a necessary feature for a very large website I am in the process of developing. Is there a work around I can use for now if I know the various post types I will need it to support? Thanks in advance!

    Hey,

    I got lost with this in the shuffle of things.

    @ulfben does this just require taking the ID’s and Classes from the php and creating the Css for those values accodingly?
