Help with new installation please

    I have got a new laptop and need to install WordPress on it. I have followed the installation guide and have altered the wp-config.php file. I am now getting the following error F:\web_dev\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-admin\includes\misc.php on line 105 any help would be very much appreciated as I have not come across this error before.
