Help with Nav issue please! :)

OK so I have always battled this issue but usually just gave up. This time however I can’t lol – I want to be able to have a main navigation that does not include every page I make. or to simply have that option in the page creation area to choose if it shows on main nav or not. Then on the side bar I would want to list that etc.

Any help would be AWESOME!
