Help with nav bar colour change

  • I’ve just activated this theme https://cordobo.com/free-wordpress-templates/green-park-2/ and need to change the colour of the nav bar and put a logo where the generated name and strapline is above. I’ve changed the colour in line 365 of style.css here – div#navigation { background: #669999 url(img/navigation.png) top left repeat-x; position: absolute; top: 70px; left: 27px; } – but it’s had no effect? some advice would be greatly appreciated.
    I have no idea how to change the generated title and strap for a logo so help there would also be appreciated
