Help with my meta tags and more.

  • I will keep this is as short as possible.

    I have zero technical knowledge and used meta generating sites. But now when i do that xhtml or verification it shows many errors on my site. And even google is not scrawling my site or indexing me.

    Other sites like MSN and Yahoo show the same “site descritption text” that i kept for the main page..for all my categories and posts.

    How do i add separate meta for categories and posts? And whats wrong with xhtml or html? any help would be appreciated.

  • looking at your html source, you have two sections called ‘head’: it looks like you want the second one to actually be your ‘head;’ that one has the keywords, description, and I think author that it looks like you’re expecting.

    I’m not sure what template you’re using, so I don’t know exactly how to help you, but I think you need to figure out where the top html section is coming from.

    And yeah, I know you said you’re non-technical. I’m sorry about that.
