    Hello Support,

I have created a staging site in both English and Japanese using Polylang.

I need a different Boxzilla pop up for each language.

This is what I tried “Load this box if URL contains jp” but the settings in Polylang are set to “Hide URL language information for default language” and I can not change that since it breaks my theme search. The boxzilla pop-up does not work with this setting on Japanese pages.

Is there another “load this box if…” option that I should be using? The Japanese version will appear on all Japanese language page.

    Thanks,

    Bob

I think WPML should allow you to translate 1 single box to multiple languages the same way you translate a page or post.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

Thanks, I’m using PolyLang Pro not WPML I do not see any interface like I do for posts & pages to create another language for boxzilla.

If I have a boxzilla box in English and set it to “everywhere”, it displays on both English and Japanese language pages.

    Hello,

In that case, you can create 2 pop-ups. When you create rules, you can add specific URL examples to check. Does your website have something like “en” or “jp” in the URL?

    Thanks,

My Polylang Pro setup does not use language in the URL string, en & jp are hidden so that option did not work for me.

I can’t turn that on in Polylang because it conflicts with my theme search.

    Thanks for the suggestion, though.

    Hey Bob,

In that case it would be hard to translate as we do not have any special integration with PolyLang. Can you share your website URL so I could take a look and see how the language is set?

    Hello Harish,

Currently, the site is not public in a password protected directory. Is there a way to share privately? Site is scheduled to go live this weekend.

I did a workaround by setting each form to a specific page ID, that is great for pages, but posts there are over 200 and we want it to appear everywhere.

    Thanks,

    Bob

    Hello Harish,

Sorry for the delay, I missed your email response. I have sent you the URL via support@…

PS… the site is live now, but wish to keep the URL private. Thanks!

    Hey Bob,

Thanks for that. I’m marking this as resolved here.
