Help with missing themes

I have installed a new theme in my themese directory at:
https://www.scribblingfoxes.com/blog/wp-content/themes/mistylook-101
But the new theme does not show up in my Presentations page.
I have struggled with this for days, including reading all the documentation on installing themes and many of the prior posts. Something is seriously haywire somewhere, and I can’t figure it out. Can any expert help?
