Help with minor Theme Changes

    Hello I have a blog theme and I have two problems with it I hope someone can help me solve, one of them is I can’t seem to find where to change the size of the header graphic. I’ve looked in each PHP and CSS file and unless I’ve overlooked it I can’t seem to find it. Also there is a button link which I want to change the link for and again I can’t seem to find it.

    Which button link would that be?

    That would be the “home” button link that is on the top left hand corner of the page, I would like to change the link to this ?
    Also if you run a web site and blog on the same server can you not tell a link on the web page to go to /blogdirectory/wp/wp/etc ? I’ve tried this and the only way it works is if I type in the full address with the https://www.~~~~~~/~~~~~~
