Help with menu options

Hi there, I’m new to wordpress and using raindrops. I’d like to create a homepage similar to the raindrops example page where clicking on an option will take me to different sections of the page. In the blockstart options, there’s a menu id section which I’ve filled out but have no idea how to access and add to the menu I’ve created. If someone could help me navigate through this, that would be really helpful!
