Help with making posts centre aligned

  • Hello

    I have a very very basic understanding of coding, and am currently using the Manifest theme.
    I have accidentally changed a bit of coding in order to change something else, and while I eventually fixed the other thing, the code I changed has now resulted in all of my posts being aligned left.

    I have temporarily put my site online so you can see the problem. The 404 page will come up and it is all on the left instead of centred underneath the nav bar. Does anyone know how/where to fix this?
    The theme I’m running does not have a function.php file.
