Help with Live Press 1.5.2

  • I need help installing Live+Press 1.5.2. I have the latest version of wordpress, aswell as Live+Press. I have the file uploaded as /plugins/LivePress_1.5.2, with all the files from the zip in the exact structure as they came. I did not upload the MACOSX folder. Now, when I go to my admin, I get this:

    fixed it
    getting this now:

    deleted a plugin, and now get this:

    im stuck with this only now, ANY HELP?? PLEASE

    If add_action is missing that suggests something has gone wrong with your WP install.

    However, what is your folder strcutre from wp-content for Live+Press

    Stucture is like this ??
    wp-content/plugins/LivePress_1.5.2/LivePress/

    And there is a LivePress.php in LivePress_1.5.2 right?

    add_action is a WP internal function, so I have no idea where it has run off to…odd…

    Do you have any extra whitespace at the end of the file? Of any odd line breaks? One option is to email me an admin login and I can maybe poke around.

    yeah, there is a LivePress.php ?? in the _1.5.2 folder.

    This post is directed at Unteins (Jason Goldsmith), as I can not find an e-mail address or other contact information for him on any site or his journal. And since it said if you have any issues or feedback to contact him, I’m trying here, as I’ve seen him post here before.

    Is there any chance of getting Deadjournal or other LiveJournal Clones support in your products?
    I’ve looked in your code to try to change livejournal.com referances to deadjournal.com, but I think I fouled it up or missed a few because it still doesn’t work.
